A security deposit of EUR 75 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It will not be returned if there is any damage, the guest has smoked in the room, or if the keys are not returned. Please note that the outdoor heated swimming pool is available from June to August, according to weather conditions.
