Our apartments are located in Bogács, this village is famous for it’s thermal bath.
Bogacs is situated in the valley of the Hór Creek, between the Baroque town of Eger, and Mezőkövesd, the capital of the ’Matyó’ region. Bogács has everything that those who seek recreation may ever need: mountains, water, clean air, delicious wine and hospitable people.
The thermal bath of the village with its recreational and medical facilities welcomes visitors all year round. The bath maintains seven pools filled with medicinal thermal water and one cold-water pool with so-called ’stretched’, low-wave water surface.
As it is situated at the gate of the Bükk National Park, Bogács provides excellent facilities in all seasons for hunters and anglers, and for winter-sports lovers in winter. From Bogács the monuments and spectacles of Eger, situated 16 km away, are easily accessible, and so is the town of Mezőkövesd with its folk-art traditions and traditional rural cottages.
